Lund Ventures Construction handles the “under the hood” scopes that make everything else possible: excavation, site work, and structural welding for mini storage complexes, steel buildings, custom homes and commercial projects across Southeast Idaho, Southwest Montana, and Western Wyoming.

On the dirt side, we take care of site clearing and grading, building pads and foundations, utility trenching (water, sewer, power), driveways, approaches and access roads. On the steel side, we provide structural connections, on-site welding and repair, stairs, railings and platforms, and tie directly into the steel buildings and storage projects we build.

Good dirt work is what keeps your project out of trouble: proper grading, drainage and frost protection are what protect slabs from heaving, keep water away from foundations, and help your pavement and concrete last longer.
